How do I get there?
All Open Air Concert Series events will be held on The Villages Polo Club located at 700 North Buena Vista Blvd, The Villages, FL 32162

Where should I park?
There will be limited car parking available around the premise of The Villages Polo Club. We highly encourage car-pooling or traveling by golf car if you will be in the General Admission section.

Where do I sit?
This year our seating will be sectioned by General Admission or Golf Car Drive-In. These sections will be first come first served with assistance on site to help direct parking. 

Where should I buy a ticket to a show?
Tickets can be purchased online, at a The Villages Box Office location or over the phone at (352) 753 3229.

What if I do not have my own golf car, but want to sit in Golf Car drive-in section?
Don’t worry- we’ve got golf car rentals for you! Only one person from your golf car will need to purchase and present this ticket at the gate. Our staff will direct you onsite for pickup of your cart. To guarantee your golf car rental, we recommend purchasing your rental ticket before the performance. 

How many people can ride in my golf car?
We strongly recommend that you follow the safety guidelines and operations of your golf cars capacity. As tickets are sold individually this year, everyone in your golf car will need their own ticket for admittance into the performance.

What do I do if I have a ticketing issue?
Box Office Staff will be on site to assist with any ticketing inquiries. If you need assistance prior to the event please call our Box Office at (352) 753 3229.

Can I use my phone to show my ticket?
Yes! Our scanners will be able to scan the QR code that you received in your confirmation email. 

If I can no longer attend, can I get a refund?
This is a rain or shine event. That being said, tickets are final sale and no refunds will be allotted on your purchase unless extreme circumstances arise. Should you not be able to attend, please contact The Villages Box Offices to get on account credit for your performance.

What if I need to leave the premise, can I come back?
Because of the nature of parking and wanting the best experience for all, there will be no reentry to performances.

What does a Golf Car Drive-In ticket mean?
Please refer to the Open Air Concert Series 2021 seating diagram to reference the location of this section. Feel free to bring chairs and blankets with you to sit outside of your golf car. Once parked you will need to remain in your designated viewing area through the performance unless using the restrooms or purchasing refreshments. There will be golf cars on site to rent for an additional add on at purchase.

What does a General Admission Section ticket mean?
Please refer to the Open Air Concert Series 2021 seating diagram to reference the location of this section. Feel free to bring chairs and blankets with you to sit it the General Admissions area. There will be limited parking outside of the Villages Polo Club available so we recommend car-pooling for easy entrance and exit.

What does a VIP Lounge ticket mean?
Please refer to the Open Air Concert Series 2021 seating diagram to reference the location of this section. Enhancing your experience? What does a golf car rental ticket mean?
Only one person from your golf car will need to purchase this ticket. At the gate, present your show ticket as well as the golf car rental ticket and onsite staff will help direct you to the golf car pickup location.

Can I bring a small car instead of a golf car?
Golf Car vehicles only. We will have Golf Car rentals available as an add-on to your ticket purchase for the performance if needed

Am I allowed to bring beverages or snacks in with me?
Coolers, pets, or outside food/beverage are prohibited. A variety of food and beverages will be available on site for purchase.

Can I bring a chair to sit in?
Sitting outside of your vehicle is allowed. Chairs will NOT be provided, so feel free to bring your chairs & blankets with you

When should I get there?
Each night the show will start at approximately 7PM. Gates will open 2 hours prior at 5PM. General Admission and Golf Car Drive-In sections are both first come first served, so please plan accordingly.

What do I do if I have a ticketing issue?

Can I take videos of the performance?
Due to the variety of performances being offered there will be an announcement prior to the start of the performance with regards to what will be allowed. Most performances will not permit video, audio or photography of any type throughout the duration of the performance.

If I or someone I am with has a medical emergency during the concert, where do we go?
There will be an EMT on site to help with any medical emergencies during the performance

Do I need to be tested for COVID-19 if I do not feel well before coming to the performance?
If you are sick, have a fever, cough, shortness of breath or have recently been exposed to COVID-19 please do not come to any event until you have doctor clearance

What happens if it rains?
In the event of inclement weather the performance for the evening may be postponed or cancelled. In this case, we will announce on all media outlets for The Villages Entertainment.
